2. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, pursuant to Section 21 of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

a) the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification, cf. Section 25
b) the goods must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity
Returns must be sent to the designated return address as agreed with FjordBites.
5. Return Costs
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed, cf. Section 25.
For international returns:
– The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
– The customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and import charges
6. Refunds
Upon a valid return, the purchase amount will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal, cf. Section 24.
FjordBites may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

– compensation where applicable
9. Unclaimed or Rejected Shipments
If a shipment:
