Lomper (or potato lomper) are a traditional, thin, and soft Norwegian flatbread made primarily from cooked, mashed potatoes, flour (wheat/rye), and salt, cooked on a griddle. They are round, about 20 cm in diameter, and are most often used as an accompaniment to hot dogs, or with toppings such as butter/sugar, smoked salmon, or cheese.
