- 800 g minced meat
- 2 dl water
- 4 eggs
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp Natvig's spices
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 5 tbsp wheat flour
Method
1. Mix the minced meat, water, and eggs. Feel free to use a mixer with a dough hook. Mix in the onion and dry ingredients.
2. Fry like meatballs in a hot pan with margarine.
Serve with desired accompaniments, such as potatoes and brown sauce.
