Classic Norwegian Meatballs (4 Servings)

Klassiske norske kjøttkaker ( 4 Porsjoner )
  • 800 g minced meat
  • 2 dl water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp Natvig's spices
  • 2.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp wheat flour

Method

1. Mix the minced meat, water, and eggs. Feel free to use a mixer with a dough hook. Mix in the onion and dry ingredients.

2. Fry like meatballs in a hot pan with margarine.

Serve with desired accompaniments, such as potatoes and brown sauce.
