Speltlomper are a variant of the traditional Norwegian potato flatbread (lompe), where wheat flour is replaced or supplemented with spelt flour. They are known as a more nutritious alternative to classic lomper, often used as an accompaniment to sausages, or as a healthier wrap/flatbread for tacos, ham, cheese, or sweet toppings.
