Synnøve Fløtemys is a mild brown cheese with a delicate, light colour. The cheese is made from cow's milk and is therefore milder than traditional goat's cheese. Fløtemys tastes equally good on bread and crispbread as it does with baked goods (buns, waffles, etc.)

This item must be ordered with express delivery due to its reduced shelf life at room temperature.
