Good cured ham with low fat content. Salted and cured according to good Norwegian tradition. This ham has a slightly stronger smoky flavor than Stranda ham. The normal maturation time for Stranda Cured Ham is 3 months, but it often cures a little longer before being sliced and packaged. Can be stored outside the refrigerator.
