TINE® Gudbrandsdalsost Anno 1863 is a brown cheese from Gudbrandsdalen. The cheese is boiled in pots, extra cream is added, and it is browned for longer. This results in a cheese with a softer consistency, a round and rich flavour with a hint of caramel.
